The total area of the project amounts to 2350m2 (a ground floor of 1800m2 and first floor of 550m2) and is to include, among others, areas for administration, training, sports, changing rooms, overnight staff accommodation, storage and a depot of 600m2, as well as eight fire engine parking lots, spaces for 25 vehicles, an underground fuel tank, and an underground water tank for testing fire pumps.
